In keeping with the objectives of the Computer Science Program of Study, SOFAD offers resources that are designed to support both classroom and distance learning of key computer science concepts and to help learners increase their ability to deal with new situations. The aim is to enable them to acquire a solid knowledge of computers on which they can build. Our learning guides and complementary multimedia resources help learners become computer literate and gain practical knowledge of such common computer applications as Internet browsers, word processors, e-mail and spreadsheets.
